Little Rock Convention & Visitors Bureau encourages shopping at local museums and attractions, retail shops and restaurants

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (December 18, 2020) – As the holidays approach and people look for final shopping ideas, the Little Rock Convention & Visitors Bureau (LRCVB) invites local residents to remember the capital city’s many locally-owned museums and attractions, retail shops and restaurants this season.

“Tourism was one of the first industries to be devastated by COVID-19, and it will be one of the last to recover,” said LRCVB President & CEO Gretchen Hall. “Little Rock’s local restaurants, retail stores and museums and attractions are integral to the fabric of our community, and they need our support now more than ever. The holidays are a great time to do that with gift card or membership purchase and donations,” she added.

Here are three easy ways to safely support local businesses:

  1. Little Rock Museums and Attractions
  2. Little Rock Restaurants
  3. Little Rock Shops

Little Rock Convention & Visitors Bureau (LRCVB) is the official destination marketing organization for the City of Little Rock, charged with marketing and selling the city as a meeting, sports and leisure travel destination. The LRCVB also manages the Statehouse Convention Center, Robinson Center, River Market and multiple parking facilities. For more information, visit
