48th Annual Shoreline Cleanup

Keeping DeGray Lake Beautiful is a coordinating pPartner of the Great Arkansas Cleanup which takes place annually, September through October. This annual Shoreline Cleanup is a community and family event. After a busy season, approximately 300 DeGray Lake enthusiasts remove tons of trash from the shorelines, campgrounds, and recreation areas. A picnic style lunch is provided at the Highway 7 Recreation Area pavilion concluding trash pickup. There will be drawings for door prizes and "Litter Gitter" awards. Everyone is welcome - individuals, groups, and clubs. Check in begins at 8 a.m. at the Spillway boat ramp on DeGray Lake. 

DeGray Lake Resort State Park is a partner in this event - please note while parts of the cleanup will take place on park shores, the event gathering location is outside the park.
