A Gathering for Reading of the Declaration of Independence at Powhatan Courthouse

Join a park interpreter and gather for a reading of the Declaration of Independence!  Commemorate the 250th anniversary of one of our most important founding documents and hear it read in a historic courtroom.  Visitors can make their own pamphlet of the Declaration of Independence to take and read later.
