Canning Workshop

Did your garden grow more than you expected this year? Join park staff and learn how to preserve food through canning so that it stays delicious all year. We will discuss canning safety and history and the various types of canning methods. Visitors will leave with a sample canned good made at the workshop. Reservations are required. Call the park to reserve your spot soon.
