Gone for the Gold

The historic events and inventions that changed the lives of late 19th and early 20th century Arkansans also changed the sports that were popular across America. Join park staff to discover how what we played changed over time and why, for some sports, your chance to bring home the gold is gone. Participants will have the opportunity to try croquet, cricket, soccer, and touch rugby.
