Inn and Out: A Hike Down Will Apple's Road

Journey with a park interpreter down historic Will Apple’s Road, a pathway that felt more hooves than tires in its heyday. At the end of this trail, you’ll witness the ruins of what was once a refreshing spring-fed swimming pool, Buckman’s Pool. The spur which reaches the pool is short but steep and moderately strenuous with uneven terrain. Seasonally appropriate attire, drinking water, sturdy hiking shoes, insect repellent, and sunscreen are all highly recommended.
