Kayak Test Drive

Curious about kayaking? Join a park interpreter for a short paddle around the cove to get a feel for kayaking on the water. We will go over basic paddle strokes and getting in and out of the kayak. This is a quick test drive to see if kayaking is right for you. We provide the kayaks, paddles, and safety gear. Bring water, sunscreen, and wear clothes and shoes you don’t mind getting wet. No experience is necessary, but you should be comfortable around water. Meet at the kayak beach by the visitor center.
