MusicFest El Dorado Returns October 4-5!
MusicFest El Dorado returns Oct. 4-5 in El Dorado and tickets are now on sale for the shows. The festival, which has won Festival of the Year four times, takes place over two days on four stages. Over thirty musical acts will be there including headliner Bret Michaels.

Michaels, who is usually seen wearing his trademark bandana and cowboy hat, rose to fame as the front man of Poison, the glam metal ( and hair metal) band whose hits include “Every Rose Has Its Thorn”. His current solo career has charted its own course with multiple solo albums. He is a musician, actor, director, screenwriter, producer and reality television personality and won “The Celebrity Apprentice” in 2010.
Other musicians in the lineup include country singer Justin Moore, ( who is from Poyen and signed with Big Machine Records, home to pop-country stars like Taylor Swift and Jewel), Sun Record recording artist Julie Roberts, who was nominated for CMT’s Breakthrough Artist of the Year, outlaw country singer Frank Foster, and indie rockers Randall Shreve & the Slideshow, whose music has been described as “Vaudeville Rock.”
