What to know
Rosewood Cottage is a charming little house sitting in the middle of Paris, AR. It consists of three bedrooms and one bath with a fully stocked kitchen, and a washer and dryer available for use.
The space
Two bedrooms have a queen size bed and four pillows per bed. The third bedroom has a double/full size bed as well as a desk with computer monitor so you can work remotely. The primary bedroom also has a chair that folds out to a single bed as well. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking supplies and basic spices. In the living room you will find a leather couch and chair, a 55 inch TV with programming from YouTube TV, and Netflix. There is also a washer and dryer in the laundry for your convenience. On the front porch, you will find two rocking chairs as well as a porch swing where you can have your morning coffee or unwind at the end of the day. The backyard is fully fenced. You will also find a gas BBQ grill.

Rosewood Cottage is located in Paris. There are many things to do while visiting Paris. Mount Magazine, the highest point in Arkansas, is located less than 20 miles to the south. The area offers many outdoor activities including swimming at Cove Lake, horseback riding, ATV riding, and hiking just to name a few. The area also offers access to many wineries and breweries within a half hour drive of the house. If you would like to try your luck at a casino, you are within an hour to both Choctaw Casino located in Pocola, OK or Cherokee Casino located in Roland, OK.
