Campfire & Craft: A History of Camp Ouachita

Join a park interpreter around the campfire to hear the story of Camp Ouachita, the historic Girl Scouts camp. In the form of a campfire story, view vintage photos, antique Girl Scouts memorabilia, and discover the recreative legacy paved by the camp. After hearing stories of the past, a craft will be provided. Decorate your own Girl Scouts cabin photo frame to take home as a souvenir of this recreative legacy. Folding chairs will be provided but guests are welcome to bring camp chairs for comfort.
