Have you ever wanted to learn how to fish? Stop on by Lake Walcott for fishing 101. The park has rods available and bait, but you are more than welcome to bring your own for Free Fishing Weekend.

Free fishing weekend is June 12-14. The free fishing weekend officially runs noon on Friday, June 12 through midnight on Sunday, June 14. During this timeframe only, all residents and non-residents do not have to have a fishing permit from AGFC. Always verify precision with AGFC.
