Wash Day

Join the museum staff for an Old-Fashioned Wash Day. Life could be an adventure before modern conveniences. Wash clothes outside like its 1877. Gather under the big oak tree beside the visitor center. Washpots will be filled with water and scrub boards at the ready. Then hang the clothes dry in the Grand Prairie wind. Wear sunscreen and play clothes.
