Fine wines are natural byproducts of The Natural State. Back in 1880, two European families settled in the Arkansas River Valley, attracted by its fertile sandy soil and moderate climate. Today Arkansas wine production has spread beyond the Arkansas River Valley to encompass Eureka Springs, Morrilton, Springdale and Tontitown.  Want to taste Arkansas-made wine and meet the people behind it all? However, wine isn't the only place where Arkansas excels. Beer buffs once confined to their garages are going big with their beverages and opening brewpubs. You can tour breweries across the state to get some insight into the brew process, machinery, key ingredients, and understand the makings of your favorite Arkansas beers.
