The Wilson Café is all about fresh, seasonally inspired food that is sure to please. We partner with The Grange at Wilson Gardens to feature ingredients sourced from Wilson Gardens, located no more than 100 yards from the café. Homegrown local produce and herbs combined with homemade baked goods, exemplary cuisine, and an unexpected, rustic-industrial atmosphere unite into an extraordinary, delightful experience. The Café and Tavern offer several events ideal for the casual diner to the well-traveled connoisseur.
The Chef’s Table Experience invites small parties (maximum eight people) to enjoy a five- or six-course, personalized meal paired with exceptional wines selected to compliment the food. Visit the tavern for a specialty cocktail, regional craft beer, or a great glass of wine. The tavern hosts educational events, including Mixology 101, our monthly series on mixology techniques and scratch cocktail making, and the Weekly Wine Tastings, our weekly classes that explore various wines of diverse styles and regions.
