Golfing for a Great Cause!

Spend the day playing golf while helping raise money for a wonderful organization! The 5th annual Arkansas Children’s Hospital Charity Open is scheduled for Saturday, Aug. 24, at the Blytheville Country Club in Blytheville, located at 2201 N. 6th St.

Registration for the 3-man scramble opens at 7:30 a.m. and the event begins at 9 a.m. The cost is $60 per person and includes green fees, use of a golf cart, and lunch. All proceeds benefit the Arkansas Children’s Hospital.

Arkansas Children’s Hospital is the only pediatric medical center in Arkansas and one of the largest in the United States serving children. The campus spans 29 city blocks and houses 370 beds, a staff of approximately 500 physicians, 80 residents in pediatrics and pediatric specialties and more than 4,400 employees. The private, nonprofit healthcare facility boasts an internationally renowned reputation for medical breakthroughs and intensive treatments, unique surgical procedures and forward-thinking medical research, all dedicated to fulfilling ACH’s mission of enhancing, sustaining and restoring children’s health and development.
