Liberty Hill Outfitters is a family-owned and operated upland bird hunting destination in Rector, Arkansas, founded by Stephen Crancer and co-owned by his daughter, Marla. Located on more than 900 acres that have been in the Crancer family since 1948, we offer premier guided quail, pheasant, chukar, and European-style tower hunts for hunters of all experience levels.
