GHOST!Town

GHOST!Town is one of Benton's largest and longest-running community events, bringing thousands of families to Downtown Benton each October for an evening of Halloween fun. The free event typically draws more than 10,000 attendees and transforms the downtown area into a family-friendly trick-or-treating destination.

Local businesses, organizations and community groups participate by setting up decorated booths and handing out candy to children throughout the event. Families are encouraged to come in costume and walk through the downtown area while enjoying activities, entertainment and seasonal attractions.

Designed as a safe and welcoming alternative to traditional neighborhood trick-or-treating, GhostTown has grown into a major annual tradition for Benton and the surrounding Saline County community. The event also provides local businesses and organizations with an opportunity to interact with residents and be part of one of the city's most highly attended fall events.
