Ozark Flame & Flavor Festival

Turn up the heat at the inaugural Ozark Flame & Flavor Festival, coming to downtown Bentonville on Saturday, August 29, 2026, from 3:30–10:30 PM at Record Downtown.

This one-of-a-kind festival brings together spicy food, live rock music, local makers, and competitive eating for a full afternoon and evening of entertainment. Shop craft hot sauces, salsas, pepper jellies, baked goods, chocolates, jerky, and other locally made products, then grab a meal from food vendors and enjoy drinks from the full bar.

Throughout the festival, spectators can watch the Spicy Wing Eating Competition, Amateur Pepper Eating Competition, and Kids Spicy Eating Competition, along with live performances from Anthony of East of Anthony's and headliner Dreadful Day.

The centerpiece of the evening is the first-ever League of Fire Bentonville Belt Match, featuring elite competitive chili eaters battling through increasingly brutal superhot peppers for a League of Fire championship belt and the opportunity to advance toward the American title.
