What to know

The William E. "Bill" Clark Wetlands located in the Clinton Presidential Park include 13 acres of restored wetlands and a 1,600-foot boardwalk for visitors to discover the wildlife and river life that inhabit the area. The wetlands provide access to conservation, tourism, educational, environmental, and wildlife opportunities. Interpretive displays and observation pavilions explain the significance of the area. The wetlands are named for William E. “Bill” Clark, who was an avid outdoorsman and strong civic, charitable, and political leader in Arkansas.

Visitors can further explore Arkansas' flora and fauna a few blocks away at the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission's Witt Stephens Jr. Central Arkansas Nature Center.
