Build Your Own Park

The Prairie Grove Battlefield has a unique history. Before becoming a state park, much of the park was owned by private individuals or foundations. The decisions they made have left the park with a combination of Civil War and Antebellum history unlike most battlefields anywhere in the country. In this program, you will be provided supplies to help you build your own park. You will get to decide what you think is most important to preserve and to put on display. How do you build a park?
