What to know

(Lodging only) The Standard Ice Company, presently housing Overnight at the Ice House, was established in Stuttgart, Arkansas in 1926. In 1979, the building was purchased by Phil Smith, and placed on the National Register of Historic Places. Numerous renovations have occurred. The building has served as a retail establishment, occupied commercial business, and occupied professional service spaces. 

Presently, there is approximately 3,500 square feet include in the Lodge. An additional portion is used as offices and substantial storage area. The outlying degree detailing lodge amenities, and furnishing are shown in the pictures. Identification of room availability include: 

Frontal Unit, generally comfortable for up to six guests: 

Entry has dining, conversation table, and an area for social gathering with attached kitchenette area and pantry. Upstairs has a relaxing family area accommodated by various sports mounts, television, and Sirius radio. 

Off the kitchenette is a shower area, two bathroom stalls, and a dressing vanity. One step down is a bedroom that includes three bunk beds, a boot room, and a large armoire for storage. 
Down a hallway off the entry is a bathroom, an office, and a large bedroom with two double beds and a cabinet. 

Rear Unit, generally comfortable for up to five guests and a party room. 

Entry  is into a large kitchen, a bathroom, and a wash room. Through a door is an outdoor patio and cooking area with an open ceiling. The grilling area includes a Traeger pellet grill and is setup as an ideal outdoor cooking area. 

Through another metal door  is a large bedroom (with three double beds) and an office desk that can be used to stow away personal belongings. Another door leads to a separate bedroom with two XL single beds. Exiting the bedroom, you will find a 550 square foot entertainment/family room with couches, lounge chairs, and a big screen television. 

Overnight at the Ice House is available to rent for hunting trips to Stuttgart, Arkansas. The lodge can also be used for fellowship of family outings to enjoy the company of friends and entertainment watching your favorite team play sports.
