Victory Lake is a public natural lake owned and maintained by the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission. It has a handicapped-accessible fishing pier as well as a boat ramp.

It is located next to Victory Lake Sports Complex, Victory Lake Golf Course, and the M.B. Ainley, Jr. Community Center.
