Outlet Park Recreation Area & Campground

Outlet Area Park is located just downstream of Blue Mountain Dam. Water flow from the dam travels down the river channel through the park as it heads further down in the Petit Jean River Valley. The river channel through the park provides visitors excellent bank fishing opportunities. Outlet Area is also an excellent area to camp, picnic or sightsee. There are 26 reservable and 12 non-reservable campsites, most with electricity and water hookups. Additional amenities include a dump station, hot showers, a playground, & fish cleaning station.

Follow State Highway 10 to Waveland, AR. Turn south on State Highway 309 for one mile, then turn west on Waveland Park Road traveling one mile. Turn left on Outlet Park Road near the Blue Mountain Lake Field Office (watch for signs). The park is located south of Blue Mountain Dam.
