Mill Lake Public Access is a boat ramp which accesses Mill Lake, a channel that connects to Black River on Dave Donaldson Black River Wildlife Management Area in Knobel. 

Directions:
From State Highway 90/Main Street in Knobel turn west onto Maple Street.
After you cross the railroad tracks continue on Clay County Road 212.
At the intersection with Saint Bernard's Cemetery go west on Clay County Road 210.
At the intersection with Hosea Cemetery make a right. Mill Lake Access will be at the end of the road.
