Paragould Country Club

Paragould Country Club is a private facility, owned and operated by stockholders of the Membership LLC. Featuring undulating "007 Bent grass greens" and Bermuda fairways combined with a saddleback layout carved from the rugged Crowley's Ridge in Paragould Arkansas. The course has a large practice putting green and a newly designed range tee.

Designed by Arkansas Hall of Fame Member Walter "Junie" Dowell of Walnut Ridge. Construction started in the spring of 1966 the original 9 Hole course was completed and ready for playing in the spring of 1969.

The swimming pool and pro shop were completed and ready for use in 1967. In the spring of 1968, the construction of the clubhouse was started and completed in January of 1969.

The "new 18" – Blending the "old nine" along with new holes, H.L."Chick" Hill redesigned and constructed in 1982 our current 18 Holes. PCC has completed numerous other course and facility renovations. Most recently 007 Bent Grass greens and a new two-tiered extended practice range facility. As of March 2020, the course received an upgrade of a new course watering system and sprinkler heads.
