What to know

Rock Springs Trail, located in the Knob community is a trail that leads down Crowley's Ridge into a valley with a rock which is the source of a freshwater spring. The entrance is in Rock Springs Cemetery, across the road from Rock Springs United Methodist Church.  At the base of the Spring there is a picnic area. There is also a covered picnic area beside the church.

Please be cautious when traversing the stairs! Leaves in the fall make the stairs slick.
