The New Arkansas.com Experience Is Live!

The way travelers discover Arkansas is evolving, and so are we. This new web experience is an important step forward in how we tell our story, inspire visitation and connect travelers to experiences across the state. It is designed to better reflect who we are as The Natural State while making it easier for visitors to plan, explore and extend their stay. 

How Does the new site benefit the tourism INDUSTRY? 

  • The website is designed to strengthen Arkansas’ visibility across AI-powered search and emerging discovery platforms, ensuring relevance at key decision-making moments.
  • Bringing two websites together increases partner exposure by consolidating Tourism and State Parks traffic into a single, higher-volume destination.
  • High-impact design and storytelling immerse travelers in the Arkansas experience with striking imagery, local insight and connected content that encourages deeper exploration.
  • On-site personalization and integrated AI tools surface relevant experiences based on user preferences, guiding users from inspiration to trip planning to booking.

Will there be ongoing enhancements? 

  • The site is built to evolve alongside how travelers discover and plan their trips with phase two initiatives already in planning and development.
  • Video content will be added across the site to bring Arkansas stories to life.
  • New AI-powered and lodging web co-ops will continue to be announced that align with site evolution.
  • New features will be announced ongoing.

How will this impact co-op advertising?

  • Refreshed website co-ops create expanded opportunities to feature destinations and attractions in high-visibility placements throughout the site, including navigation menus, experience pages, pop-up promotions and more.
  • Banner ads will transition to comparable offerings and value, while welcome offers, sponsored events, deals and attraction listings will continue to be available.
  • New co-ops will be added over the next year including within Mindtrip AI and a new booking platform.

What if i do not see my listing or Sponsored content?

  • Sponsored Content: Ongoing web content reviews are still in progress to ensure accuracy, relevance and impact. If you notice that your content has not be migrated over to the new site yet, please contact your CJRW account manager or Lauren.Euseppi@cjrw.com.
  • Attraction Listings: These have been migrated over to the new site but if you see that yours is missing, please contact your CJRW account manager (sponsored listings) or the Arkansas Tourism department (all other attraction listings).
  •  Lodging and Restaurant Listings: These listing types will now be pulled into search results in the new Mindtrip AI Itinerary tool which sources business information from Arkansas.com, Tripadvisor, Google maps, and other similar trusted sites. This will ensure that the most current business information is available to consumers without the need to manually update listings on Arkansas.com

What is Mindtrip AI Itinerary Builder?

Mindtrip is an AI-powered travel planning platform that combines conversational AI with mapping, visual tools, and booking capabilities to create personalized, all-in-one travel itineraries. It helps users discover and plan trips within a single, collaborative app.

Attraction listing partner access will be available in mid- to late-April. In the interim, you may request essential updates (such as website URL or business hours). Our team will review and respond within five business days.
