The unique pocket park is located in downtown Fort Smith and offers a working Ferris Wheel first used at the 1935 World's Fair in San Diego, a vintage carousel hand-painted in Italy, a refurbished Pullman railcar diner, snacks served from a Double Decker Bus, and a one-of-a-kind work of art by United Kingdom artist, D*Face!
