What to know
During this holiday season, shop downtown Magnolia during Christmas Open House on November 11. Attend the Annual Christmas Parade that travels down Jackson Street to SAU on November 29. After the parade, SAU will hold its annual Celebration of Lights. Drive around the courthouse in downtown Magnolia to view the lights on the courthouse starting November 29, and travel just one block north of the downtown square to walk through the extravagant lights at Wilson Traylor Gardens. Merrytime in Magnolia will start on December 7th. Enjoy two days of ice skating, a human-sized snow globe, a gingerbread house contest, carolers, sleigh rides, Santa, and a caricature artist. There will also be plenty of hot chocolate to go around!
