Events in West Memphis

West Memphis is known for their annual Freedom Fest, held on the days leading up to Independence Day. The festival is held at Tilden Rodgers Park, a sprawling facility featuring 12 lighted tennis courts, five multi-use ball fields (three lighted fields), 4 lighted softball and baseball fields, horseshoe pits, an 8-acre fishing lake with pier (stocked by the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission),  a one-mile walking track, picnic shelters with tables and grills, a play area and volleyball facilities.

As a Main Street Arkansas community, West Memphis hosts frequent events in the downtown district as well as throughout the city. Southland Casino Hotel also offers special events throughout the year. Check the City of West Memphis Facebook page for info on upcoming events as well.
