Trail of Holiday Lights

As the leaves fall from the trees and the temperature drops, holiday lights go up in cities all over Arkansas. Downtowns, parks and more shine with thousands, and in some cases millions, of twinkling lights.

Parades take place, Santa and Mrs. Claus pause for photos, and hot cocoa warms hands and hearts. Traditional holiday events take place, such as "The Nutcracker" ballet or a showing of the film “How the Grinch Stole Christmas.” Sometimes Mother Nature joins in the fun by turning the landscape into a winter wonderland. 

A visit to these towns is sure to put you in a festive mood.
